Finish Strong
Senioritis: The act of losing interest in all things productive during your senior year in high school. Symptoms include: procrastination, faulty attitude, lounging in sweat pants for most of the day. University acceptances can be retracted given those final senior year grades, so learn how to march to Pomp & Circumstance proud of your accomplishments and ready for university life!
1. Don’t let all your hard work go to waste. Make 'em proud!
Whoever “em” may be, work hard so that all of this hard work not only pays off but so that you can feel accomplished in yourself. Thank all of the people who have helped you reach this point and most importantly give yourself a pat on the back. You did it!
2. Create a summer “to do” list:
Before that summer slump kicks in, create a list of all of the things you still need to complete during the summer months. Start with a good pick-me-up like: Pick Up High School Diploma, Fill out 10 Scholarship Applications or Buy ALL Pink Bedding for New Dorm Room!
3. Host a graduation bash!
Celebrating success has never felt so good, especially after working your tail off for the last four years. Give yourself a little pat on the back. Invite family, friends, and maybe even those who doubted your awesomeness to showcase your accomplishments. You deserve it!
